Our client, a dealer specializing in the sale and maintenance of trucks and heavy vehicles is currently looking for a purchasing agent for their branch located in Anjou.
Nature of the position
The person will have as main responsibilities:
-The data entry of parts orders from different suppliers, deadlines are short and order volumes are very high.
-The reconciliation of orders and invoices followed by orders
-Verification of orders
-Management of requests from different departments
Requirements and skills
Organization and speed are the two qualities required for the job! Knowledge of Excel and the Office suite is essential. Bilingualism is essential. The position is daytime from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday Salary is around 40K / year with benefits.
