Extra Multi-resources is looking for an Office Clerk for a business at Dorval.
Salary $ 17 per hour
Full Time, Monday to Friday 8h or 9h to 17h or 18h.

Nature of the position

Responsibilities:
The person needs to do general administrative support functions like answer the telephone, data entry, trace shipments, support drivers on delivery inquiries and perform other office duties as assigned.

Requirements and skills

Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required;
2 years of Experience Required;
Very good knowledge of MS Office;
Excellent communication skills, good organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
Experience with AS400 is a strong asset;
Bilingualism is required
