Le 21 octobre dernier, l’agence de placement et de recrutement québécoise Extra multi-ressources a conclu une alliance stratégique avec RCI International (RCI), une agence également québécoise spécialisée en recrutement de candidats en France pour les entreprises canadiennes.

Selon le président d’Extra multi-ressources, M. Gilles Fournier, cette alliance a été longuement réfléchie, faisant partie des plans depuis deux ans. Dans un contexte de pénurie de main-d’œuvre, cette collaboration est d’autant plus intéressante et nécessaire, ouvrant tout le marché de la France aux futurs employeurs du Canada. De par son nouveau partenariat avec RCI, Extra multi-ressources, qui proposait déjà à sa clientèle le recrutement régional, la formation en entreprise et la mise à niveau des candidats potentiels, bonifie et diversifie désormais son offre de service en facilitant les démarches pour l’embauche à l’international.

Du côté de RCI, Yann Largerie, président et fondateur, explique que cette alliance représente un partenariat fiable qui permettra à son entreprise, dont l’une de ses succursales se trouve à Boucherville, de prendre de l’expansion au Québec.
